Prior to joining Freeborders, Mr. Bolton served as Partner of ITK Solutions, a Wall Street consulting business acquired by Freeborders in January 2006.

Mr. Bolton has over 25 years experience in Financial Services, 15 of which in Capital Markets as a senior member of the global technology management team at Lehman Brothers, based in both London and New York. Previously, Mr. Bolton held a number of senior positions around the world for Barclays. Acknowledged as a subject matter expert in a variety of Capital Market products and services, Mr. Bolton has served as advisor to a number of Tier 1 Capital Market firms in the areas of M&A, Technology & Operational Strategy, and Technology Delivery.

Educated in the UK, Mr. Bolton holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London.
