Executive Vice President Operations - Asia

Mr. Hou has more than 20 years of leadership experiences spanning both United States and China. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of e-Business International Inc., a global sourcing and supply chain management business headquartered in Beaverton Oregon with three operation centers in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Ningbo of China. In that role he was instrumental in the firm’s >300% revenue growth in 4 years and the substantial improvement of the operation effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Prior to e-Business, he was a Senior Associate of Runckel & Associates, a Portland based international business consultancy.

Mr. Hou holds a MS degree in geology and material science from Cornell University, a BS from China University of Geo-Sciences, and a business management certificate from Baruch College, City University of New York.
