Associate Auditor

Job Duties:
- Ultimately responsible for the success of the engagement
- Work with offshore team to define control processes and manage issues/risks/dependencies.
- Plan and execute risk-based and pre-implementation audits, and report conclusions to management.
- Partner with business and technology management to manage technology risks by identifying control deficiencies and helping them develop procedures to improve their controls environment.
- Develop and maintain business relationships to stay current with business and technology activities and risks.
- Identify control themes and assist with presentations to client management on opportunities to improve controls environment of their businesses.
- Participate in new product or service development task forces as they relate to offshore development.
- Work with corporate or independent audit team members to continuously improve audit processes.
- Perform analysis and plan management functions using SDLC lifecycle methodology.
Qualifications:
- Education or experience must include:
- application auditing (debt, equity, insurance);
- business analysis and project management
- software development (ACL software; SDLC project lifecycle and Microsoft suite of products.)
- Experience may be gained concurrently.
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
