Senior Account Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA
Relevant Work Experience: 7-10 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Account Manager will serve as the key advocate for the client and be the main liaison between the client and Freeborders' production team.
- P&L Responsibilities for the account
- Work closely with our engagement teams to ensure proper delivery quality and structure, to effectively manage the client relationship.
- Establish and build relationships with key client Executive Decision Makers
- Manage a complex business portfolio
- Gain and extend understanding of customers business and needs and position Freeborders services
- Provide consultative support ensuring that the client is leveraging Freeborders services as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Help establish schedules and key milestones, and ensure that those dates are met.
- Communicate project status to external and internal stakeholders through various formal and informal mechanisms.
- Own specific projects and be responsible for managing client relationships – often with very senior clients.
- Partner with business development as needed to identify areas for potential growth within existing clients
- Interface with internal business partners to ensure clients business needs are effectively communicated to other areas of Freeborders including: Senior Management; Delivery Management/Human Resources, IT, finance etc as appropriate
- Maintaining and improving Client Satisfaction
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience
- Must have experience in selling a distributed delivery model (Onshore/Offshore)
- Experience in interacting with senior management and business partners across the organization
- Strong listening, questioning, positioning and presentation skills
- Strong negotiating skills required
- Strong organizational, inter-personal and written communication skills
Prior profit and loss experience
