Senior Account Manager

Location: New York or Boston USA

Relevant Work Experience: 10 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Responsibilities:

This is a Senior Manager / Director role focused on expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will be responsible for Hunting for new business relationship by selling outsource services.

You will manage the profit and loss at an account level. You must be able to HUNT for new business not just a farmer. Global sourcing experience and the shaping of deals in ADM, Testing and BI a must. Consulting delivery or Sales background is a plus.

• This candidate needs to be a driver, aggressive and a hustler
• Must have a good track history in the New York financial services area
• Works well in a TEAM environment
• Need to be able to drive account plan, proposals and SOW
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of executive client presence and strong relationship management experience
• Proven sales track record in the financial services area
• Need to be a driver, aggressive and good hustler
• Must have strong communication skills - both verbal and written, good listening skills, and good presentation skills
• Experience with Outsourcing - experience with offshore model is preferred.
• Experience working for a firm in global delivery / Big 4/5 is highly desirable.
